A great app! On top of managing all my meds and associating each one with the doctor &/or pharmacist I can export data like list of meds etc and send them to myself or my doctor! Manages the inventory as well... all this for free! Pretty good user manual too! Support this developer!
Im taking 3 meds and kept missing them. This app is a godsend! I love the fact that it tells me what I have taken over the last 24 hours for the "take as needed"! Great app!
I take medications at different doses on different days and not every day. MedHelper is the only free medication reminder Ive found that is flexible enough to be able to handle my odd dosing schedules. In addition, if you are in a clinical trial the Notes feature could be used to track symptoms.
After an update that made the app impossible to use, this latest update brings the app back to a five star rating.
This amazing little app does it all. The icon looks a bit unprofessional but dont let that put you off - inside the app are a lot of easily customizable options to suit your needs. Best function: tap when you take your as-needed doses and check back later to see how long its been. So simple!
I used this app to help me remember when I last took my pills as they said only every 4 hours or so on like that. I could very quickly go thru each med and see when I took it last. Very helpful... I dont think I could have remembered all the times without this
Some bad moments
One little sound for a reminder....if you dont hear it too bad! It should sound until you turn it off. Some medications have to be taken a few times a day in a timely manner.
I was happily using this app but once I upgraded to iOS 8 I can no longer access the schedule module. The app crashes as soon as I try. Would love to install a fix for that. Then I will gladly change my rating to 5 stars because its a great app.
Wont work with IOS 8. Cannot access schedule and results in wrong inventory and will require lots of setup when fixed. Developer not seeming to react fast enough.
Not sorry I downloaded this app! Absolutely love how you can set it up for reminders on appts to when meds are due, not to mention the ability to record as needed meds. The feature of spreadsheet and being able to email all the information. Only thing missing is the ability to sync between devices, would give it a 5 in a heartbeat! Thank you for a great app!
I love this app. Keeps track of all my meds 4 times a day. One improvement for me would be to hit one key that includes all meds at each time. Minor complaint.
